Easy Summer Snack Board

Entertaining a crowd? Let an abundant summer snack board do the work for you ūüėČ

Choose your favourite pesto sauces and dips, add crackers and bread, squeeze in fresh¬†fruit and veg like grapes, cherry tomatoes¬†or¬†cucumber, and you’re done!¬†If you love gherkins and pickles, add those too.¬†

Serve with a bottle of chilled, fresh and crisp De Grendel Rosé.

You will need

Dips
Your choice of pesto and hummus (we used Pesto Princess Sundried Tomato Pesto, Pesto Princess Red Pepper Pesto and Pesto Princess Coriander & Chilli Pesto as well as all three of our hummus flavours and our creamy Tzatziki).

Fresh ingredients
1‚ĀĄ2 cucumber, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
100g cherry tomatoes, halved
3‚Äď4 baby carrots, sliced
3‚Äď4 sweet corn sticks, sliced
100g green olives
1 pear, sliced
3‚Äď5 radishes, sliced
5 gherkins, sliced
4‚Äď6 pickled onions, halved
Handfuls of grapes

To serve
Your choice of crackers and breads

How to

1. Place the pesto and dips on a large wooden board and add spoons.

2. Arrange the fresh ingredients around the pesto and dips starting with the breads and crackers, working your way to the smaller ingredients.

3. Serve with a glass of De Grendel Rosé and enjoy!
