Red Lentil Soup

with Moroccan harissa paste

This was inspired by our own Harissa Paste, so if you like it spicy, this one’s for you. The cumin, coriander, turmeric, fresh ginger, garlic & chilli give depth of flavour, while the red lentils provide plant protein. Cut back on prep time & use as the base of a quick stew, or curry.
Water, tomatoes, red lentils (11%), onions, salt, vegetable oil (sunflower or canola seed), spices, lemon juice, fresh ginger, sugar, Harissa Paste (0.25%), fresh garlic, green chillies.
Harissa Paste Tomatoes, red peppers (23%), vegetable oil (canola or sunflower seed), sundried tomatoes (preservative: sulphur dioxide), fresh garlic (4%), salt, coriander (3%), sugar, cumin, red chillies (2%), spices, apple cider vinegar, herbs, lemon juice, ascorbic acid.
Sulphur dioxide. Made in a factory that uses tree nuts and cow’s milk. Allergen control programme in place.
600g plastic pouch.
28 days from date of manufacture. Use-by date on the product.
Keep refrigerated <5°C. Suitable for home freezing at < -12°C. for up to 1 month.
Suitable for vegans. Halaal and Kosher certified. Dairy free. Gluten free.

Microwave Pour into a microwaveable bowl and heat on high for 3-4 minutes. A little taste every now and again will tell you when it’s heated through.

Hob Pour into a saucepan. Heat gently until soup begins to bubble, stirring frequently.

Freeze the sachet for that chilly day when a quick, nourishing meal is needed.
Always use a clean spoon when serving your soup to avoid contamination.
Separation is natural in homestyle products. Shake before use.
