Water, onions, split peas (12%), potatoes, carrots, Basil & Lemon Pesto (3%), vegetable oil (canola or sunflower seed), celery, salt, sugar, spices.
Basil & Lemon Pesto: Fresh basil (49%), vegetable oil (canola or sunflower seed), sunflower seeds, onions, fresh garlic, salt, lemon juice (2%), ascorbic acid, citric acid.

Microwave Pour into a microwaveable bowl and heat on high for 3-4 minutes. A little taste every now and again will tell you when it’s heated through.

Hob Pour into a saucepan. Heat gently until soup begins to bubble, stirring frequently.

Freeze the sachet for that chilly day when a quick, nourishing meal is needed.
Always use a clean spoon when serving your soup to avoid contamination.
Separation is natural in homestyle products. Shake before use.
