10-Minute Butter Chicken Curry
In 10 minutes or less the tastiest curry can be on your table! In this recipe we used Fensham’s chicken but you can also make it plant-based by subbing in peppers, onions, sweet potatoes, chickpeas or butternut. A great quick family meal and impressive enough to serve for a special occasion. Here is the recipe.
Roast Cauliflower Curry
All that’s needed for this recipe? Cauliflower, peas, coconut milk and our Butter Chicken Curry Sauce. To make it a little more luxurious, you can also add cashews and paneer but it tastes so good with whatever veggies you have on hand. Here is the recipe.
Butter Chicken Curry with Crispy Chickpeas
For the crispy chickpeas, heat the oven to 220°C. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, Pesto Princess Harissa Paste and salt and roast for between 15 and 25 minutes, shaking every few minutes. To serve, sprinkle on top of the curry. Here is the full recipe.
