Just in time for picnics, laid-back dinners and festive feasts, these new members of our Royal Family are ready and waiting to bring a WOW-factor (and a little fiery zing) to your summer eating.

For the picnic
Celery, thinly sliced
Baby cucumbers, halved
Baby rainbow carrot sticks, washed and halved

A selection of salami and cold meats*
Brie or cream cheese*
Nibbles like grapes, olives or nuts
*For a vegan picnic, how about subbing out the cheese and cold meats with vegan cheese and some ready prepared falafel to dunk in the hummus?
For the flatbreads
3 cups self-raising flour
1 and ½ cups Greek yogurt
½ tsp fine salt
1. To make the flatbreads, take a large mixing bowl and whisk together the flour and salt. Add the Greek yoghurt and stir to combine. Form the dough into a smooth ball and place on a lightly floured surface. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
2. Once rested, form the dough into a log and slice it in half. Half each piece again until you have 16 pieces in total. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten to a thin circle with a rolling pin.
3. Brush some oil onto a griddle pan and heat until medium hot. Place each flatbread into the pan and fry for about two minutes on each side until golden.
Pack your flatbreads, freshly cut veggies and nibbles and head off in search of dappled shade, friends and fun.
