This month we’ve been singing from the Palace rooftops about our range of soups. Today we want to encourage you to use them as the centrepiece of a complete meal, and make them entirely your own by cooking up some delicious accompaniments.
Adding your own signature can be as simple as a drizzle of local olive oil swirled over each serving. Or a grating of lemon zest and some shredded basil leaves. How about stirring through some crème fraîche and topping with crispy bacon bits? Maybe you have some sourdough that’s past it’s prime. Rather than tossing it, turn it into Coriander & Chilli Pesto croutons.
Read on for five recipe ideas to inspire you on your soup-sipping journey this winter.
You can find our soups in the fridges of top SPAR and Wellness Warehouse stores in the Western Cape.
