Wishing you a safe, satisfying long weekend surrounded by those you love.
Stuffed Shoulder of Lamb with Harissa
This delicious stuffed lamb shoulder could be the star of the show this Easter. We’ve used a marinade of harissa and yoghurt and the aromas that waft from the oven as the lamb roasts to perfection are sure to make empty tummies growl! Give our recipe a try.
Simple Greek Salad
All you need are some juicy tomatoes, crunchy cucumber and green pepper, onion, a slab of creamy feta cheese, Kalamata olives and good quality extra virgin olive oil and your salad is sorted. Simple and uncomplicated. Get the recipe here.
Nothing beats a warm, fresh-from-the-oven homemade loaf and you can indulge in this healthy treat without breaking a single no-carb low-carb resolution. It’s light, packed full of nutrients and complements the Easter feast perfectly. Plonk it down in the middle of the table and watch it disappear. Here’s the recipe.

Fairview Stok by Paaltjie Grenache 2014
This is a wine made for lamb, and perfect with this feast.
Looks like Clever packaging under screw cap, the illustration is of the single pole on which each vine is trellised. In the glass, gem bright, translucent cherry red.
Smells like Whiffs of vibrant cherry fruits, fraises des bois and fynbos herbaceousness.
Tastes like Delicate in mouthfeel with the berries and wild strawberries making their mark. A touch of Iberico Jamon in amongst the well interwoven tannins in the long fresh aftertaste.
